At Tholstrup we are restaurateurs first. So we invite you into our restaurants and private rooms in the middle of Copenhagen, with good food, atmosphere and respect for the time you have together.
You get the meeting facilities you need, from screen and coffee to lunch and refreshments along the way. But the technology is never the main character here. The people around the table are, and what happens when they meet.
We take care of the hosting and the practical side, so you can focus on your meeting. You bring the agenda. We provide the setting, the food and a table you want to stay at.

Zeleste
Historic surroundings, tucked away from the pulse of the city, in our oldest townhouse from 1664. Large, bright meeting rooms with catering available.

Strategy meetings and kick-offs
When the setting matters as much as the agenda
Some meetings are about numbers, strategy, restructuring, or selling the company. Then it matters where you sit, and it matters that you do not risk sharing a room with an employee or a competitor.
Our rooms can be closed off, so you sit on your own. From four people around one table for a C-level meeting, to sixteen for the quarterly business review, to larger gatherings across several rooms. We provide the room, the food, the AV equipment and a host who makes sure the day runs.
More than 40 years of experience gathering people around a table. That holds when the table is a meeting table too.

Room, AV and catering in one price
From morning coffee with home-baked pastries to lunch and something sweet in the afternoon. Choose a half-day meeting, a full-day meeting or a day meeting with dinner, and we put together a package that suits your event.
Half-day meeting

Coffee, tea and water, unlimited
Lunch (set menu) with 1 soft drink or beer
Cake of the day
Prices apply at Cap Horn, Huks Fluks and Nyhavns Færgekro. At Zeleste we put the meeting package together by agreement.

Full-day meeting

Meeting package 2: room, AV and catering all day

Croissant and fruit in the morning
2 pieces of smørrebrød of the chef’s choice with a soft drink or beer
Afternoon cake of the head chef’s choice

Day meeting and dinner

Meeting package 3: the whole day and a 3-course dinner (max. 6 hours)

Morning and daytime meetings are arranged individually. Several rooms can be booked outside the restaurants’ opening hours.
