Open positions
Tholstrup is four restaurants in the heart of Copenhagen. Each has its own history, kitchen and everyday life, and therefore different ways of joining the team.
Apply to our restaurants below.

Zeleste
Historic surroundings, tucked away from the pulse of the city, in our oldest townhouse from 1664. A Nordic-French kitchen with the season on the plate and long conversations in front of the fire in the courtyard.

Cap Horn
A piece of Nyhavn where you really feel the wingbeat of history, and where there is room for a festive evening with family, friends or colleagues. A bistro with warmth, character and a little adventure on the course.

Nyhavns Færgekro
Danish food culture and Nyhavn as the setting. A place where traditions live on and generations meet around the same table, from the herring table at lunch to the classics in the evening.

Huks Fluks
Informal, lively and made for sharing. A wine and tapas bar where good company, food and wine are allowed to fill the room, without too much fuss.
Become part of Tholstrup
We are four family-owned restaurants in the heart of Copenhagen, Cap Horn, Huks Fluks, Zeleste and Nyhavns Færgekro, and we have had guests at our tables since 1972. The restaurants are different, and they should be. Each has its own kitchen, its own atmosphere and its own everyday life.
But they rest on the same foundation: a small green book that Peter Tholstrup wrote when he founded the company. Nine pillars on ethics, environment, culture, energy, responsibility, credibility, logistics, joy of life and development. The words have stood unchanged since 1972, and they are still the ones we work by, including in the way we are colleagues.

“We do not stand still. We want to develop the business every day, for the benefit of our guests and ourselves.
We want to become better and grow as people, and we want to improve our physical surroundings.”
Tholstrup’s green book of values, 1972
