On the third Thursday of November we celebrate this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau at Huks Fluks. The tradition is our own: B\u00f8f & Ost and Peder Oxe were among the first in Denmark to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau on Gr\u00e5br\u00f8dretorv in the 70s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 5 pm we open the year’s first bottle on the square, and the first 100 glasses are on the house.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

At 6 pm the evening continues with the Beaujolais Nouveau dinner: three courses to share from the Basque kitchen, the best of north and south, paired with three wines from Beaujolais: this year’s new vintage and two crus. The evening’s hosts are Thomas Tholstrup and
Anders Qwist from Vinslottet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to a festive evening on Gr\u00e5br\u00f8dretorv.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What to look forward to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

BEAUJOLAIS HOUR<\/strong>
5 to 6 pm on the square. The first 100 glasses are on the house, after that a glass can be bought at the bar. Food and other drinks are ordered separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEAUJOLAIS<\/strong> DINNER<\/strong>
6 to 9 pm. Three courses served to share from the Basque kitchen, the best of north and south, with three wines from Beaujolais.
650,- per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
